3 men held with counterfeit notes

Morena, MP, May 8 (UNI) Three members of an inter-state gang have been arrested on the charge of circulating 150 counterfiet notes of Rs 500 denomination here, police said today.

On a tip-off, a decoy customer contacted the gang members through cellular phone yesterday. The trio were held and fake notes were seized from them.

Accused told the police that they get the supply of fake notes from a man, who was a resident of Kayamganj town in Uttar Pradesh's Farrukhabad district, police added.
