Court turns down bail aplication of a banker
Patna, May 7 (UNI) A CBI special court today rejected the anticipatory bail of Swaraj Kumar Sinha, former Deputy Manager of SBI Bank.
After hearing the matter, special judge Radheshyam Prasad refused to grant bail to the banker.
As per the charges, the accused banker had embezzled lakhs of rupees by forging documents when he was posted at Samastipur branch during 2003-06.
