Dy CM hopes positive results from foreign trip

Ranchi, May 4 (UNI) Jharkhand Deputy Chief Minister Sudhir Mahto today said that his recent trip to foreign countries would yeild positive results for the betterment of the state.

Talking to reporters here, after returning from Germany and France, Mr Mahto said that they had amiable talks with various business organisations, who expressed their desire to invest in different sectors.

''Various foreign business organisations have also shown interest in investment in tourism and minning sector of the state,'' Mr Mahto said ''Even the handicrafts and other items displayed in the Germany's 'Hannover fair' were appreciated by them,'' Mr Mahto added.

Mr Mahto, who was on a foreign trip from April 18 - 28 was accompanied by RJD MLA Girinath Singh, JD-U MLA Radhakrishna Kishore and senior officials.
