Double murder accused dies in prison

Gonda, May 4: A magisterial probe had been ordered here into the death of a prisoner, who was lodged behind the bars in a double murder case.

According to sources yesterday, Nanke was arrested along with his aides after a police encounter recently.

He was accused of double murder that took place in Katra Bazaar on March 11.

The accused died on May 1, while receiving treatment in district hospital.
