HC admits appeal filed against PMCCS election

Kochi, Apr 29 (UNI) Kerala High Court today admitted an appeal filed against the single bench's decision ratifying the election held to the Pariyaram Medical College Cooperative Society(PMCCS).

A Division Bench consisting of Justices Pious C Kuriakose and S Sirijagan also ordered to issue notices to the respondents, including the State and newly elected Committee of the Society.

The appeal was filed by around 250 members, including former ministers M V Raghavan and K Sudhakaran.

The single bench had ratified the elections held to the Society and dismissed the petitions challenging the elections.
