New CPI(M) Politburo to discuss price rise

Kolkata, Apr 29: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) Politburo meeting will begin here today to discuss the present political situation in the country. The one-day meeting of the Politburo will discuss the price rise issue and will review the activities of the UPA Government at the Centre. The distribution of works among Politburo members will also take place in the meeting. After the last month's Coimbatore Party Congress, the newly constituted Politburo is meeting for the first time.
