Seven kg explosive recovered

Srinagar, Apr 28: Troops recovered seven kg of explosives in the south Kashmir, a defence ministry spokesman said today.

He said troops of 9 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) launched a search operation in general area at Mohandpur, six km from Kulgam, in south Kashmir following a tip off that militants had stored some arms and ammunition there.

During the operation, troops recovered seven kg of explosives from a nallah. However, no one was arrested, he said.
