IVR bags project worth Rs 386 cr

New Delhi, Apr 28: IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd today said it will develop high rise residential apartments with an investment of Rs 386 crores.

The 9.6 acre project at Kukatpally comprises a built up area of 1.325 million sq ft and a parking area for 1200 cars. The company will also foray in Visakhapatnam with Rs 300 crore project at Vedurvada. The 130 acres project is located near the Vizag Steel Plant, a company statement said.

The Company's ongoing projects include the Thyme Park Project at Bangalore which is spread in the area of eight acres which is being built at a cost of Rs 110 crores.
