Court rejects bail of Rajan Tiwari in Ajit Sarkar murder case
Patna, Apr 28 (UNI) Patna High Court today rejected the bail plea of former MLA Rajan Tiwari in CPI(M) legislator Ajit Sarkar murder case.
A division bench of the court of Justice Mr Shailesh Kumar Sinha and Justice Ms Mridula Mishra turned down the bail petition of Mr Tiwari. However, the court granted conditional bail to another accused Anil Kumar Yadav.

Later, challenging the CBI courts verdict, all the three accused had filed separate petitions before Patna High Court where the applications were pending.
