Turkey hold business summit in June

Hyderabad, Apr 26: The Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists of Turkey will organise a ''Turkiye-Asia Pacific foreign trade bridge II'' at Istanbul on June 17 and 18. Announcing this to reporters here today, Indo-Turkish Business Association Director S Kapalan said about 450 companies from 22 Asia-Pacific countries would take part in it.

He urged businessmen and industrialists from India to participate in the summit and benefit by discovering new trade and business opportunities. The first business summit, attended by captains of trade and industry last year, resulted in business deals worth 250 million USD, he said, adding the they expected the deals worth 500 million USD to fructify this year. The trade volume between the two countries increased two billion USD after the first summit and this was likely double this year.
