Summer rains not spare Advani

Kottayam, Apr 26 (UNI) Opposition leader in the Lok Sabha L K Advani had to go by car to Kochi due to heavy rains today.

Mr Advani came here by helicopter to inaugurate the valedictory function of the Navathy celebrations of Dr Philipose Mar Chrysostom Valiya Metropolitan of the Mar Thoma church.

After the function Mr Advani left the Mammen Mappilla hall here at 1415 hrs and due to heavy rains he went to Kochi by car at 1727 hrs.
