Sesa Goa Ltd board to meet on Apr 28
New Delhi, Apr 26 (UNI) Sesa Goa Ltd today said its board will meet on April 28, to consider sub-division (split) of equity shares.
The board will also consider the issue of bonus equity shares, said a statement.
Sesa Goa is the flagship company of Sesa Group, the leading exporter of iron ore in the private sector. Sesa Goa has mining operations in Goa, Karnataka and Orissa UNI PBB SR HS1622
