Hilary Duff to star in 90210 spin-off?

Washington, Apr 26 : Hilary Duff has reportedly been approached to play a role in the upcoming Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off on the CW network.

News of the singer-actress being offered a part was revealed by a source close to the project.

Duff has been handed over a script to read the role of Annie, the principal's daughter at Beverly Hills High.

The 20-year-old is currently appearing in the indie film War, Inc. with John Cusack, which is premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. If Duff does accept the role on 90210, she would be joining Dustin Milligan and Nip/Tuck's AnnaLynne McCord, who have already joined the growing cast.
