Conduct medical test for TRS leaders: RHIV

Tirupati, Apr 26 (UNI) Rayalaseema Hakkula Ikya Vedika (RHIV) President T G Venkatesh today urged the Chief Election Commission (CEC) to conduct a medical test for TRS leaders, including Chandrashekara Rao, to check whether they are medically fit or not.

Addressing a press conference, he said their resignation would not solve the problem of separate Telangana state and the government's expenditure for conducting by-election would be an added burden for the public.

Alleging that he had doubts whether these leaders were mentally and physically fit or not, he demanded the CEC to conduct a medical fitness test for TRS leaders.

Elections would affect the development of the state, he added.
