10 kg of heroin recovered in border
Tarn taran, Apr 26 (UNI) The Border Secuirty Force personnel seized 10 kg of heroin from border village of Sidhwa in sector Khalra of Tarn Taran district and nabbed three persons today.
The trio was nabbed while trying to retrieve the consignment from an agricultural field in the village, BSF sources said.
The contraband, packed in several bags, had been dumped in the field by some unidentified intruders from Pakistan.
Those nabbed have been identified as Lal Singh and Gurlal Singh of village Sidhwan and Bikar Singh of village Wan Tara Singh.
Police has arrested them under NDPS ACT.
