RAK maiden air service from karipur

Kozhikode, Apr 22: The UAE-based RAK Airways will launch its maiden service from India, starting with its daily flight operations from Karippur International Airport to Ras Al Khaimah, tomorrow.

The inaugural flight would carry a high-level entourage from Ras Al Khaimah to Karippur, a release said here today.

The airliner would provide passage to the destination in the West Asia from Karippur at a meagre Rs 5,225, including tax in its Boeing 757 airbus, with all passenger amenities.

The flight RT-601 would leave Ras Al Khaimah at 0340 hrs and arrive Karipur at 0900 hrs. In the return direction, it would take off from Karipur at 1000 hrs and arrive at Ras Al Khaimah at 1230 hrs.

In its bid to provide increased amenities to passengers, the airline would provide free bus service to them from Ras Al Khaimah airport to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ine, Umulkuvain and Fujairah, the release added.
