Tiruchirapalli, Apr 22: Members of the local branch of the Tamil Nadu Government Doctors' Association (TNGDA), as part of their state-wide agitation went on a day's fast here today.

Association Tiruchirapalli branch President S Selvapandian told newspersons that the payscale for government doctors in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala was almost two to three times higher than that of Tamil Nadu.
