RIL Q4 net profit up 24 per cent

New Delhi, Apr 21: Mukesh Ambani-run Reliance Industries Ltd today posted a 23.95 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 3,912 crore for fourth quarter ended March 2008, as compared to Rs 3,156 crore during the corresponding period a year ago.

Total income has increased from Rs 27,573 crore for the quarter ended March 2007 to Rs 37,575 crore over the same period this year, thereby registering a jump of 36.27 per cent, a statement said.
