Renee Zellweger has no plans to have kids

Washington, April 21 : Renee Zellweger admits that she has no plans to enter motherhood as yet and rather would concentrate on enjoying her independence.

The 39-year-old actress said that she never aspired to be a mother because she does not want to loose her independence.

"Motherhood has never been an ambition. I never have expectations like, 'When I'm 19 I'm going to do this, and by the time I've hit 25, I'm going to do that," Usmagazine.com quoted Zellweger as telling The Times.

"I just take things as they come, each day at a time, and if things happen, all well and good.

"I just want to be independent and be able to take care of myself. Anything else is just gravy," she added.
