Honest taxi driver returns jewellery, cash worth Rs one lakh

Mandi, Apr 21 (UNI) An honest taxi driver today returned a purse containing jewellery and cash of about Rs one lakh to a woman who had travelled in his car a few days ago.

Sunil Kumar, a resident of Tihra village of this district, returned a purse containing jewellery and currency notes of about Rs one lakh to Asha Kumari who had left the purse in the taxi's back seat.

After ascertaining her address, Kumar handed over the purse to the woman, who was elated on finding her lost valuables.
