2 killed, 6 injured in accident in Maharashtra

Nashik, Apr 21: Two people were killed and six injured in a collision between two vehicles near Khambale village on Mumbai-Agra National Highway No 3 in Igatpuri taluka of the district.

According to sources, passengers of a car were on their way to Vani from Dombivali yesterday when their car collided with a van coming from Nashik to Igatpuri.

Anandkumar Sharma and Sunita Dhede from Igatpuri died on the spot.

The injured were admitted to Nashik District Civil Hospital and other private hospitals.
