Inflation for week ended Apr 5 on Apr 17

New Delhi, Apr 16: The data on headline inflation rate for the week ending April 5, 2008 will be released tomorrow, a day ahead of schedule as Friday is a public holiday, a government spokesman said.

The data is now scheduled to be released at 1200 hours. Wholesale price inflation for the week ended March 29, 2008 stood at 7.41 per cent, a three year's high.
