Three held with pistols in Jammu

Jammu, Apr 14: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested three miscreants and recovered three country made pistols from their possession last night, official sources here said today.

On specific information, a Naka was laid by police in posh Gandhi Nagar locality and three notorious criminals were nabbed with pistols.

''The accused have been identified as Dinesh Sharma, Washim Raja and Surinder Pal Singh,'' sources told UNI, adding that they belonged to a gang operating in winter capital of the state and were involved in several criminal activities.

However, a case has been registered against them, they said.
