Rain likely to occur in most places of NE India
Pune, Apr 14 (UNI): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Kerala, Nicobar, Islands, Lakshadweep and at isolated places in Gangetic West Bengal, north Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttarakhand, north Rajasthan, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, interior Karnataka and Andaman Islands.
Mainly dry weather will prevail in south Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, south Rajasthan, Gujarat state, Konkan and Goa, Telangna, Rayalaseema and coastal Karnataka.
Hot day conditions prevailed at isolated places in Haryana and east Madhya Pradesh.
Day temperatures were appreciably markedly above normal in Manipur, west Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Vidarbha , in some parts of Saurashtra and Kutch and of Rayalaseema and in remaining parts of Haryana.
Day temperatures were appreciably markedly above normal in Madhya Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh, north Madhya Maharashtra, north Chattisgarh and in some parts of Orissa, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat region, coastal Andhra Pradesh and of south interior Karnataka.
Day temperatures were appreciably to markedly below normal in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and in some parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal.
Day temperatures were normal over rest of the country.
