10 injured, 12 shops gutted in UP fire

Fatehpur, Apr 14 (UNI) Ten peole were injured and at least 12 shops gutted in a major fire here today.

According to police, a diesel shop accidentally caught fire, engulfing other nearby shops. In an effort to put off the raging fire, the shopkeepers sustained burn injuries.

Later, the fire-fighters reached the spot and controlled the fire.

Five critically injured were sent to Kanpur for treatment, while rest were being treated here.
