YSR launches Rajiv Arogya Sri scheme in Medak district
Hyderabad, Apr 12 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today launched the prestigious 'Rajiv Arogya Sri' health scheme for the poor at Ramayampet in Medak district.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Reddy said his government was providing corporate medical treatment free of cost to the poor suffering from heart, kidney, brain and other serious health problems.
White ration card holders are the beneficiaries of the new health scheme.
Meanwhile, women, who attended the public meeting, urged the Chief Minister to take steps to check the skyrocketing prices of essential commodities in the state.
