Woman with fake passport held

Tiruchirapalli, Apr 12: A 48-year-old woman was arrested at the international airport here for allegedly attempting to fly to Saudi Arabia on a fake passport yesterday.

Police said, the arrested Ramayee of Salem district submitted her travel documents to immigration authorities, who found that her passport was fake.

Later, she was handed over to the local police and remanded to judicial custody.
