Special cell to be constituted for dyer society

Patna, Apr 12: In order to enhance the skill of tieing and dyeing art, Bihar government has decided to constitute a special cell for the dyers.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today held a meeting with the representatives of the dyer society and directed the Industry department to constitute a special cell for their welfare.

After the meeting, the state industrial development commissioner A K Sinha said that members of the dyer society would be made representatives of the cell to would look into the problems of the dyer society and take necessary steps to solve them.

He said that schemes would also be introduced for professional upgradation of the dyers society.

Apart from the Chief Minister and representatives of the dyer society, the meeting was also attended by the development commissioner S Vijay Raghvan, Finance Secretary Navin Kumar and other senior officials of the state government.
