Trade delegation from Kerala to visit China
Kozhikode, Apr 11 (UNI) A 36-member trade delegation from Kerala will visit China from April 15 to explore the possibility for joint ventures with that country.
The delegation, headed by Malabar Chamber of Commerce (MCC) president P Zakkir, would hold discussions with various trade bodies, including China Economic Council and representatives of China Chamber of Commerce at Beijing and Shanghai during the nine-day visit, an MCC release said here today.
The delegation, including MCC Joint Secretary M Khalid and Working Committee members M P M Mubhashir, C Jayaraj and Abdulla Koya, would also visit the ongoing 103rd Canton Export Import Fair.
A 12-member delegation from China visited the city on a similar mission last month.
