Helen Mirren's not so famous in Russia

London, Apr 09 : She is one of the most recognizable faces in the world, but Dame Helen Mirren reckons that Russia is one place where she ceases to be famous.

The Oscar winning actress, who is half Russian from her father's side, revealed that she can move about unnoticed and blend in with the locals when she's in Russia.

The 62-year-old actress also disclosed that people mistake her for a native at times.

"I was in Russia not long ago. It's so vast and the scenery really changes," the Daily Express quoted her, as saying.

"When I go there, I realise I look Russian; people come up to me and speak to me in Russian," she added.
