Bharat Pumps eyes Rs 1,000 cr turnover by 2014-15
New Delhi, Apr 9 (UNI) Bharat Pumps and Compressors Ltd (BPC), a central Public Sector Unit, today said it plans to touch Rs 1000-crore turnover by 2014-15.
''The company expects to touch Rs 1000-crore turnover by 2014-15, while achieving a target of Rs 235 crore this fiscal,'' a company statement said.
It's turnover has almost doubled to Rs 195 crore in 2007-08 from Rs 94.42 crore in 2005-06, while its profit is expected to be about Rs 36.42 crore this fiscal.
BPC company's order book stands at Rs 273 crore.
The Allahabad-based firm is engaged in manufacturing of strategic rotating equipments for petroleum, chemical power including nuclear and the fertiliser industry.
