Indian companies hire larger women workforce

New Delhi, Apr 8, 2008 : With an increasing number of women climbing the competitive corporate ladder, companies are leaving no stone unturned to lure them and are even offering existing employees an additional bonus of as much as 25 per cent for referring a female employee.

Expert"s opinion on the inflow of larger women workforce in the corporate world as India Inc"s latest trend is that they bring their own perspectives and have also emerged as better professionals in any given situation.
