RPL Dir to meet for disclosure of listing accord

Mumbai, Apr 8: Reliance Petroleum Limited has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2008, inter alia, to consider, the disclosures as required under Clause 41 and 43 of the listing agreement for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2008 and audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.
