Rajnath to address party workers' meeting in Patna tomorrow

Patna, Apr 8 (UNI) BJP president Rajnath Singh will arrive here tomorrow to address a workers' meet, in an attempt to revitalise the organisation for the next Lok Sabha elections.

Party state president Radhamohan Singh told newspersons here that heads of different 'cells' of the organisation would also attend the meeting, besides thousands of workers from various parts of the state.

'' The UPA government at the Centre has failed to check the sky rocketting prices of essential commodities and commonmen have been left at the mercy of the God,'' Mr Singh said adding his party would raise the issue of 'price rise' prominently in the coming Lok Sabha polls.

'' It is ironical that Left parties are supporting the policies of the UPA government, responsible for the price rise,in Parliament and at the same time it is opposing it outside Parliament,'' he said and described it as an attempt to mislead the people.

Mr Singh also brushed aside the allegation of Congress that prices of essential commodities were higher in Bihar than other states and said the prices of several edible items were much higher in Congress ruled Delhi, in comparison to other states.
