UB fix rights issue at Rs 177 per share

Mumbai, Apr 7: The Committee of Directors of United Breweries (UB) Ltd have decided the price for its rights issue at Rs 177 per equity share. The Company informed the BSE today that it would issue one rights issue share for every nine equity shares held on the record date.
