Rupee inches high at 39.93/94 against USD

Mumbai, Apr 7: Rupee today inched higher at 39.93/94 against the US Dollar from its previous close of 39.95/96 per Dollar following the positive note in the Indian equity market. The Indian unit firmed on hopes that the central bank may allow the rupee to gain to rein in inflation driven by high global commodities prices, but Dollar buying by oil refiners limited the rise, dealers said.
