Yoko Ono sympathises with Heather Mills

London, Apr 5 : Not everyone sees Heather Mills in bad light.

John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono sympathises with Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife.

While visiting her dead hubby's childhood home in Liverpool, the 65-year-old Yoko said that she thought Mills must have "suffered".

"It's not very easy for a woman to be associated with The Beatles. I think all the wives did suffer, but suffered quietly and endured," The Mirror quoted her, as saying.

She said that Mills "needed to do her very best and try to survive."

Yoko felt for John's old band mate Macca too, adding: "I'm very sorry for him to have had to go through that."
