Cong condemns Naidu's remarks against Dy Speaker

Hyderabad, Apr 3 (UNI) The Congress in Andhra Pradesh today staged protests throughout the State against TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu for his alleged ''insulting'' and ''undemocratic'' remarks against Deputy Speaker and senior Dalit Congress leader G Kutuhalamma.

An APCC release here said the Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee, led by its president D Nagender, took out a protest rally and burnt Mr Naidu in effigy.

The Congress demanded Mr Naidu to tender an unconditional apology to Ms Kutuhalamma.

APCC President D Srinivas also condemned Mr Naidu's remarks, the release said.
