Farmer commits suicide unable to repay the loan
Bidar, Apr 2 (UNI) Despite announcement of loan waiver and several schemes announced by the Union government farmers taking extreme step in life continued with one more farmer committing suicide by hanging himeself at Mustarvadi Village in Humnabad taluq in the district last night.
Police said today that Mr Kalappa Lingappa Telgani (60) had borrowed money from some moneylenders, however he could not repay due to crop failure. Unable to bear the trauma, he committed suicide by hanging himself to a tree in his fields.
Chitagappa police registerd a case and investigating.
