Beyonce and Jay-Z get marriage licence

Washington, April 2 : Beyonce Knowles could finally be set to marry long-time beau Jay-Z, for the couple have obtained a New York wedding license.

A spokesperson for Knowles had no comment to make, while Jay-Z's reps couldn't be contacted, reports E! Online.

However, a source said the license, obtained in Scarsdale Village, a suburb of Westchester County, is valid for 60 days.

Over the course of their six-year romance, both singers have refused to discuss the status of their relationship, despite increasing speculation they are planning to wed.

The love-struck couple have collaborated on a few projects together, including Jay-Z's song '03 Bonnie and Clyde, as well as Beyonce 's solo hit Crazy In Love, in 2003.
