YSR's associate beats Orphanage chief

Hyderabad, Mar 31: An orphanage chairman today lodged a complaint with Banjara Hills Police Station saying he was beaten by Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's close associate and Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee (GHCC) President D Nagendar in the city.

Police said Anis-Ul-Gurba Chairman Mohd Amir Ahmed complained he was beaten up by the Congress leader when he went to his house this morning.

Police is conducting investigations, based on the complaint. A case is yet to be registered against Mr Nagendar.
