Moga Sex Scandal: bail pleas of Garcha, Sandhu rejected

Patiala, Mar 31 (UNI) The CBI court here today dismissed the bail applications of Devinder Singh Garcha, former Moga SSP and Paramdeep Singh former SP (Headquarters) Moga, who are in Judicial custody in connection with Moga sex scandal.

CBI Special Judge H S Madan, after hearing the arguments, dismissed the bail applications of both.

The wife of Parmdeep Singh, who was present in the court, said that they would take up the dismissal of bail application in the High Court.

The counsels of the police officials had presented an argument in the court that their clients were falsely implicated in the scam. They also said that they would move Punjab and Haryana High Court after obtaining the court orders.
