Seven-year-old girl child accorded reception for her feat

Puducherry, Mar 30 (UNI) Seven-year-old Sruthi, who covered 200 kilometers on a roller skater in 24 hours in a bid to enter into the Limca Books of records was accorded a rousing reception.

Sruthi, who embarked up on the feat at 1200 hours on her journey to Maamallapuram from Puducherry, reached Maamallapuram at 2340 hours last night, started her return journey at 0200 hours and reached Puducherry by 1200 hours.

AIADMK legislator Om Sakthi Sekar, among others received her at the beach road, where a meeting was organised to congratulate her.
