According to the police, the letter, sent to Hardwar railway station superintendent Samarendra Goswami, warns of blasts at railway stations in Uttarakhand and Punjab and religious places of Hardwar and Rishikesh. The letter has purportedly been written by one Kareem Ansari, who claims to be a 'loyalist' of the outfit. Security at all vital installations all over Uttarakhand has been tightened and the police have launched an investigation to verify the contents of the letter, an official said.
