HealthcareMagic offers 'Live Chat' with Doc for free

Bangalore, Mar 29: Overwhelmed by the response for its 'Live Chat with Doctors for free', leading health portal HealthcareMagic has come out with 'Speaking with a Doctor for Free' which enable people to discuss with specialists about any health problem and fix an appointment.

HealthcareMagic CEO Kunal Sinha told UNI that the website launched recently had received more than 65,000 visits and 3000 live chats with patients. "The good response has enabled us to launch the new service. The website has been received very well by people," he said. Under the phone version patients can call at 080-41743045 and speak with a Doctor. Currently this service would be provided between 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs Monday to Friday. Depending on the response it may be extended seven days a week just like its Live Chat facility.

Through this Phone version patients can not only talk to a Doctor, they can fix appointments with Doctors and Hospitals and Patients information will be kept confidential, he added.
