Two soldiers killed, 7 injured in Kashmir
Srinagar, Mar 28 (UNI) Four persons, including two soldiers, were killed and seven armymen were injured in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said.
They said two soldiers -- Naib Subedar Satinder Yadu and sepoy Naval Kishore -- were killed on the spot and seven others injured when a vehicle in which they were traveling, skidded off the road and fell in a deep gorge near Nawagbra, Karnah, in the frontier district of Kupwara.
The injured have been hospitalised, they said.
A vehicle hit and killed one Wasim Ahmad Dhobi at Anantnag, they said.
Muhammad Kamal Magray was killed on the spot when a vehicle hit him at Bogund in the central Kashmir district of Badgam while one woman was injured after she was hit by a motorcyclist at Narpora.
She was admitted to hospital, they said.
