Success Equifin enhances stake in Zicom to 17.5%

New Delhi, Mar 26 (UNI) Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd today said its promoter Success Equifin Pvt Ltd has incresed its stake in the company to 17.5 per cent.

The promoter bought 4,525 shares (0.04 per cent) of Zicom in the open market to strengthen their shareholding in the company, a statement said here.

Yesterday its promoters-- Progressive Equifin Pvt Ltd and Success Equifin Pvt Ltd, have increased stake in the company from 9.6 per cent to 10.19 per cent.
