9 Ordinances to be re-promulgated in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 26: The Kerala Cabinet today decided to recommend to the Governor to re-promulgate nine ordinances.

Briefing newspersons here after the Cabinet meeting, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said the ordinances included Kerala Farmers' Debt Relief Commission (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007, Kerala High Court Services (Determination of Retirement Age) Ordinance, 2007, and the Kerala (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007.
