AP District leads in implementation of 'Rajiv Udyog' Scheme

Kakinada, Mar 26 (UNI) East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh leads the State in the implementation of 'Rajiv Udyog' scheme by providing employment to 20,000 youth, District Collector M Subrahmanyam said today.

Reviewing the progress of the scheme here, Mr Subrahmanyam said, 1,155 tribal youths and 2,385 non-tribal youths were provided with employment. Training for another 421 people was in progress, he added.
