Alok Industries in talks with PE, Investment bankers for finances

New Delhi, Mar 26 (UNI) Alok Industries Ltd, the flagship company of the Alok Group with interests in textiles and infrastructure, today said plans are on stream for financing its infrastructure ventures and talks are on with private equity players and investment bankers for the same.

Company officials have also informed in a statement that the few forex trades which the company has entered into, are mainly capital hedge trades and they are comfortable with the present positions on this account.

These trades are in line with the company's stated policy for forex risk management to primarily hedge its payables and receivables.
